MHPI Celebrates 40 Years of Providing Affordable, Service-Enriched Housing

December 3rd, 2015

The MHPI 40th Anniversary Gala was held on Thursday night at the Needham Sheraton, complete with jazz band and tributes to employees, Board members, and supporters.  A highlight of the evening was hearing a resident – and home care client of MHPI – address the crowd.  Renee Bonner, one of sixty residents at MHPI’s “Senior Living on Bellingham Hill” in Chelsea, spoke about her gratitude for the quality apartment, and the attentiveness of her home health aide.  Renee’s son, David Wishinski, also came to the podium, and thanked MHPI for their client-centered focus and dedication.

Sheldon D. Bycoff, Founder and President of MHPI, Inc., stated that “Being part of our organization’s success in helping some of the neediest people in our society move from institutions to their own service-enriched housing has truly been a privilege for me.”
