Funded by the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD),this project provides an array of services that enable tenants to age in place and enjoy the highest possible quality of life.

Senior Living is comprised of 60 units: sixteen (16) one-bedroom and forty-four (44) studio apartments

  • Each unit has a kitchen area, a private bathroom, a living-dining area, and a 24-hour emergency call system.
  • All units are designed to meet the needs of tenants as their functional abilities change.
  • All apartments and common areas are designed to be fully accessible and to accommodate physical limitations.

Extensive common areas are located throughout the building:

  • Bathrooms near common areas
  • Laundry facilities on each floor

A well-stocked, on-site convenience store allows tenants to purchase necessities without leaving the building. Each unit offers scenic views of Chelsea and the surrounding metropolitan area.
